Just six days ago I used the excuse of achieving a 300 pageview count as a way to start my first journal entry. It's almost double that number now.
Naturally, I'll be using that as another excuse to start the second entry!
After being on dA for almost a month now, I must say that the place's rich assortment of community tools is very fun to play around with. Also, some things start to become apparent:
1. Llamas are a form of friendship and happiness.
2. Apparently, everyone NEEDS a premium account.
3. By +devwatching someone, you gain the right to become that person's friend even if he/she's never even met you before.
4. Lots, lots of talent that goes unnoticed. You can have people with really outstanding pieces of art hardly getting any attention meanwhile the guy who's doing 10 minute satirical doodles is like a magnet to fame. Of course there are many factors that affect these things, but when something's definitely tasteful and left in the dust, it's not exactly encouraging to the artist. That, and I'm referring to those that have been here for years.
5. When using the search tool to find fanart of a female someone here, I'm almost guaranteed to see bare boobs or something nawty on the first page of results. Not that I mind, but even I get surprised sometimes by what people think up.
6. People's webcams never actuallly show their webcams. Is it even possible to put an actual webcam feed with the functionality they provide us? XD
Otherwise, I'm definitely having a lot of fun seeing what the place is about. People are very friendly - either that, or I just haven't encountered the local troll yet.
As for how my own gallery's going, I recently released the Candice piece, and the highly experimental Erika one. So yes, still 100% Pokemon fanart. I'll get to those OCs someday! I've had a few requests coming in, and they all relate to the pokemon anime show. Up until now, I've always been doing only things that appear in the games, but since there is a polite demand (and I'm running out of girls to do), I might well expand to the other spectrum, so to speak.
And I still a need a visual for this journal, so I'll put up this man's icon for the sake of having one!: ~Aw yeah
Lately, if you were to browse through the game fanart gallery, you would notice there was a huge influx of Megaman fanart entries for the Megaman Tribute art competition. By fitting coincidence, the above person's gallery is 100% Megaman based. Amusingly, it never actually features the Blue Bomber himself even once, but presents his foes in a powerful style which reminds people why they loved those old NES games in the first place.
The guy who I put in my last journal entry will probably be a little ticked off why I didn't give an exquisite reason of including him in the entry as well.
Otherwise, that will be it for this one! Thanks for reading!

Account Migration
Dear friends,
This is a journal entry to confirm that I have moved my account to _ViViVooVoo (https://www.deviantart.com/vivivoovoo).
Please do not send me messages in regards to art ownership as both are the same person. Should you have any inquiries, I would recommend sending them to the new account. Thank you all for your support and time.
Regards,
~SP
My Further dA Adventures - Making a Group!
After a long hiatus of not much art being posted here on dA ( a common self-complaint I tend to see happening in journals, and I think I can see why! Addictive! ), I decided to go a little further into the World of deviantArt.
Granted that I've never really done much here. So far:
:bulletblue: I've posted artwork.
:bulletblue: I've posted in comments and the forums.
:bulletblue: I've joined groups.
:bulletblue: I discovered how to use bullets! YES! :bulletblue::bulletred::bulletyellow::bulletgreen: Taste the rainbow!
:bulletblue: I've been tagged.
:bulletblue: I've been stalked.
:bulletblue: I've been bombarded with requests.
:bulle
Just how does a person make an art piece work?
So today's another one of those "Hey, I feel like writing another journal that's really not related to anybody's interests, but it's going to be fun to ramble anyways!" days.
Firstly, I think I should report back from my first experience of responding to a tag.
Things I've discovered:
:bulletgreen: Apparently responding to a tag is a rare act, and doing so enacts things like "WHOAH! YOU ANSWERED TO A TAG?! WHOOAAAAH."
:bulletgreen: Responding to a tag will make people immediately lead you to another tag that was left in the dust, because since you're apparently such an eager lil tag responder, you better go do that now too! :dummy:
:bull
I've Been Tagged!
So I finally got my first dA tag ever from ~Lootushka (https://www.deviantart.com/lootushka)! I admit that this was quite the shock, and a new experience as the last time I played tag, it involved a whole lot more running and painful slaps to the back. Regardless, I tried my hand in this newfound challenge!
Naturally, I have added my own silly, obnoxious comments everywhere! For entertainment! :D

This reminds me of those times back in nursery school where we had to chant the schools rules over and over. "THESE ARE THE RULES! YOU MUST SPREAD
